Pro Health Complete Care Service (PH-CCS) offers you an exclusive care and support service on behalf of the Rinecker Proton Therapy Centre (RPTC) and the Dr Rinecker Surgical Hospital. Whilst RPTC is your contact partner for the medical side, PH-CCS will organise everything else by request.
Travelling to the Rinecker Proton Therapy Centre
Optional services
PH-CCS can arrange for you to be collected and returned from your own home in Germany or neighbouring countries, or from your local accommodation. Patients arriving by air can be met at Munich Airport and there is a 'gate to gate' service for passengers flying via Frankfurt.
Translation services
PH-CCS can arrange for translation of medical reports, interpreting service, telephone service for consultations and contact with a doctor from your language area.
Do you require a personal assistant? Someone to accompany you on walks or excursions, with whom to visit exhibitions or play golf, someone to help you with the shopping or to run errands for you? As part of their Complete Care package PH-CCS will choose the right person for you and your personal Host will be at exclusively at your service during your stay.

Once you decide for Complete Care service, PH-CCS is at your service from the very beginning through the planning and duration of your stay. They will consult with you closely in order to co-ordinate your journey to Munich, with special attention to your personal requests.
You can choose to be received directly at the airport or upon arrival at the hotel. Whichever additional service you would like to take advantage of, they ensure that you and your companions feel as at ease as possible and will deal with all concerns.
You can take advantage of individual services such as accommodation, the translation service and limousine service or opt for the full VIP service: you alone decide the extent of this individual assistance!
PH-CCS is on site and competent staff with intercultural experience take care of you and your family in a warm, cordial environment.
They assist you with any potential formalities upon arrival, personally ensure that your hotel room fulfils your demands and expectations and ensure that you can get to your treatment sessions on time.
You can stay on site at the RPTC Guest House or PH-CCS can arrange a hotel or apartment for you. They can also arrange city tours and sightseeing, with a tour guide in your native language if desired.
You have been through a lot of worry and stress and you probably deserve a relaxing break. Once your treatment has started this only takes a short time each day so you will have plenty of spare time to yourself. Munich is a fascinating city with many opportunities for trips into the beautiful Bavarian countryside with its decorated houses, lakes and mountains. It is also justly famous for its beer, brewed to high local purity laws, so relax and enjoy!

Germany is part of the European Union and the national currency is the Euro. No visa is required for EU citizens but if you or an accompanying relative require a visa to visit Germany PH-CCS will be pleased to assist you.
Visit Lufthansa
International patients require flexibility in their flight arrangements, so PH-CCS has a special arrangement with Lufthansa for beneficial rates and amendments to flights.
